Our client is a unique personal hygiene brand that has been listed as one of the top 10 startups in 2020 by LinkedIn.

The husband-wife founders of the company started the journey of setting up the brand out of a very personal challenge of threatening infections every time one visits a public washroom.

Founded in 2013, the company launched a toilet seat sanitiser spray for women that helped sanitize and deodorize toilet seats in public restrooms in just 5 seconds.

This product, being travel friendly, saved millions of women from the risk of contracting UTI and soon became the world's highest-selling product in the category.

Apart from the flagship product, this D2C company offers eco-friendly sanitary pads, organic cotton tampons, menstrual cups, toilet papers, anti-pollution dust masks, among others.

Their products are currently available in around 100 cities of India and exported to about 10 countries. This personal hygiene and wellness brand has been awarded as Amazon's SMB Brand of the Year 2020.


As the Key Accounts Manager for Marketplaces, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand across various marketplaces.

You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring our products have a prominent presence, and driving sales within the quick commerce sector.


What you will do:

  • Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, understanding their unique needs and ensuring a seamless collaboration to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
  • Market Insights: Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Negotiations: Leading negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts to optimize terms and conditions that benefit both parties.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that boost product visibility and drive sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and generating insightful reports to inform decisionmaking and strategy refinement.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and product development to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing any challenges that may arise in account management, order fulfilment, or partnership agreements in a proactive and efficient manner.

What you need to have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Key Accounts Management handling Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other beauty platforms and more.
  • Ability to drive sales through these channels.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish and nurture partnerships at various levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, develop effective strategies, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques, contract management, and creating mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
