Job Summary:

ASMACS is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business development, with a particular focus on establishing and managing international business ties.

This role involves working closely with the team to support our overseas recruitment operations and contribute to the company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, particularly with overseas clients and stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

Market Research:
Conduct research on international markets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business avenues.

Proposal Preparation:
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential overseas clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international contracts and agreements.

Reporting:

Monitor and report on the status of international business development activities, including progress against targets and key performance indicators.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience: 0 to 2 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably with exposure to international markets.


Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of international business practices and overseas recruitment requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
