As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Process Automation Business Area within the Energy Industries Division. Your main responsibility will be to create competitive bids, estimates, and quotations customized to meet customer requirements in various industries such as chemicals, pharma, oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, power & water.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create bids and estimates tailored to customer needs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
  • Prepare thorough documentation for tenders, including costs and technical details
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of proposals
  • Maintain customer relationships, provide technical support, and evaluate supplier offers
  • Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and market solutions
Requirements for this Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in process automation and PLCs
  • Proficiency in understanding customer specifications and industry standards
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
