We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships

Responsibilities:

  • To meet sales targets and objectives, develop, inspire, and lead a group of outside sales representatives.
Formulate and execute sales tactics to stimulate expansion, augment earnings, and broaden clientele.

Establish and preserve a solid rapport with your most important clients by getting to know their wants and meeting their demands with answers.

Create action plans to handle trends, opportunities, and issues found in the analysis of sales performance data.
To make sure new sales team members are prepared for success in their positions, hire, train, and mentor them.
Oversee sales operations procedures, such as pipeline management, customer data management, and sales forecasting.
