Priority sales manager

Our company is seeking for experienced Priority sales manager who will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales performance, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service
Responsibilities:-
Oversee a group of salespeople to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and first-rate customer care.
Establish trusting bonds with your top clients, gain insight into their wants, and provide customized solutions to satisfy their demands.
Handle complicated accounts, work out contracts, and settle disputes quickly and expertly.
To boost productivity, cut expenses, and improve customer satisfaction, pinpoint opportunities for process improvement and put new ideas into action.
Assure smooth sales strategy execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer support.
Candidate requirements:-
Any graduate
Any local candidate
Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance /BFSI
Age :- 21 -38 years
