Team sales manager

Responsibilities :
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with team members to improve sales performance and address areas of improvementSet goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and track progress against these metrics
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects to identify new business opportunities
Identify and address sales process inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure alignment and effective communication
Candidate requirements :
Any graduate
Any local candidate
Experience : field sales and marketing of Insurance/BFSI
Age : 21-38 years
