Territory Sales Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target new customers and business opportunities to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including modern trade outlets, retail stores, distributors, and super stockiest.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales within the food industry, preferably in modern trade, retail trade, distributorship, or super stockiest.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
