Job Description:

Role Overview:

  • As the Employer Branding Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.


You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing communications campaigns that showcase our company culture, values, and opportunities for career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

Employer Brand Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our company values and business objectives.

Content Creation:

Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and employee testimonials to promote our employer brand across various channels.


Talent Acquisition Support:

Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment marketing materials such as job postings, employer branding collateral, and career site content.


Event Management:

Coordinate employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruiting activities, and employee networking events to attract top talent and increase brand visibility.


Internal Communication:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal and external communication channels.

Employer Brand Analytics:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives using metrics such as candidate engagement, employee satisfaction, and brand awareness.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing communications, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
