Looking for Zonal Sales Head for a leading #Mattress Brand
Location - AP & Telangana (Geography working experience is Mandate)
Candidates must be from premium institute only
Industry - FMCG, Consumer durable, Telecom, Paints, Appliances
- Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of company on a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales Team & Channels for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Decision - Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation :
- Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback.
- Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
