This position reports to

Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to
increase customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division in Vadodara, Gujarat.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.

• Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.

• Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.

• Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management.

This role is Graded as GGS 15

Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in Engineering preferably BE Electrical Engineering with hands on experience in Sales Support/Customer Support
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in Order Execution with 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • You are passionate about Customer handling & Order execution.
  • You are at ease communicating in English.
