Your role and responsibilities

Collecting data and providing sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to market and local/country trends. Participating with management to contribute to strategic plans definition and supporting relevant implementation
Preparing analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data, and external market data
Interpreting resulting data and making recommendations to marketing and sales management
Building sales analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services
Informing management of market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth
Extracting and analyzing data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and providing updates to management
Assisting in the development of marketing tools to support marketing and sales teams. Training sales personnel on proper use of sales tracking systems and monitoring them

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience of Motors Business
  • Good and strong sales background
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
