StrideOne delivers an end-to-end digital lending experience to all stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. We have successfully pioneered tailor-made short-term solutions for growth-stage businesses.

Our platform aims to reduce technological and financial gaps by leveraging the startups' existing ecosystem, vendors, suppliers, and MSMEs to enable the democratisation of credit across sectors.

The platform has achieved tremendous growth in its first year of operations, disbursing more than INR 1500 crores to over 5000 borrowers with 100% collection efficiency and increasing its AUM by 3x in a year.


Key Responsibilities:
a

Strategic Sales Leadership:

Spearhead the design and execution of cutting-edge sales strategies, leveraging technology and a deep understanding of customer needs to disrupt the traditional approach to Retail and MSME financing.

b

Team Empowerment:

Cultivate a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the sales team, empowering individuals to think creatively, take ownership, and drive initiatives that challenge the status quo.

Market Disruption:

Identify untapped market opportunities, emerging trends, and disruptive approaches to engage and capture the Retail and MSME segments, fostering agility and adaptability within the sales function.

Relationship Capitalization:

Build strong partnerships with clients, industry disruptors, and ecosystem players to foster collaborative opportunities and expand our footprint in the market.

Product Innovation Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product development teams, offering insights from the market to shape and evolve our suite of financial products tailored for Retail and MSMEs.

Data-Driven Performance:

Utilize data analytics and technology to drive informed decision-making, measure performance, and continuously optimize sales strategies for maximum impact.

g

Compliance and Innovation:
Ensure sales practices adhere to regulatory requirements while championing innovation that drives compliance efficiency and customer-centric solutions.

Key Requirements:
a

Experience:

10-12 years of progressive experience in sales within the fintech or financial services sector, demonstrating a track record of driving results and leading teams to success.

b

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. A post-graduate degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
