ResponsibilitiesLead demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns for Partner Delivery Enablement. Align to the identified priority partners within a defined area, drive business generation, and manage partners delivery success.
Develop and maintain enablement plans with focus partners to establish clear, mutual commitments around skills development and delivery readiness.
Manage transitions, process improvements, and operational updates. Build relationships with GSD stakeholders and understand their priorities, communicate progress, and proactively align with business needs.
Analyze performance data to pinpoint improvement areas, translate findings into actionable insights, and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to identify gaps, lead root cause analysis, and ensure vendors execute improvement plans.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in partner strategy or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment, and work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
