Regional Sales Manager

We are #hiring for one of the leading EV charging manufacturing Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase brand visibility.
  • This includes identifying key market segments, setting sales targets, and forecasting sales volumes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including EV fleet operators, government agencies, corporate buyers, and individual consumers.
  • Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base by prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  • This involves conducting market research, cold calling, networking at industry events, and collaborating with marketing teams to generate leads.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead a team of sales professionals within the designated area.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management review.
