What are we looking for in our Head of Growth?

As the Head of Growth, you shall be the external voice of the company and be responsible for building our brand, strategizing, developing & executing campaigns to tell our story far and wide.

You will work closely with the Founder's Office to bring their vision of the company to life. You should be adept in your understanding of product development, B2B business models and the fintech industry in India, and abroad. You should have a demonstrable record of thought leadership by way of publishing articles, white papers, case studies etc. Proficient writing and communication

skills are crucial to the role. You should also utilise your creativity and experience to come up with ideas that best portray the Falcon brand, its products, and its culture. You should be able to delineate specific short & long term objectives and encourage teams and / or individuals to do their best.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Representation - to be the external voice of the Falcon brand at key formal and social engagements or events.

- Research - researching towards understanding key business challenges, customer behaviour, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that influence business activity.

- Develop insightful collaterals - to conceptualise and write blogs, articles, case studies, PR announcements, web content, etc.

- Brand Building - planning and executing successful metric-driven brand marketing initiatives and campaigns to create awareness about the Falcon brand and its products.

- Team building - to create a team of ambitious and creative individuals working in synergy to drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Liaison & collaborate - to liaison with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with them to amplify the reach of the Falcon brand.

- Event management - ideate, organize, and effectively manage Falcon's promotional events or initiatives including identification of targeted guests and partners; sponsor or partner coordination; event outreach/promotion; event registration and logistics; setting& creating content and agendas for events; lead collection and networking with target audiences and individuals.

- Leading by example - to take charge of creating effective and engaging company-related external communications, press releases, social media content and providing promotional support to new product launches, strategic partnerships, industry events and corporate communications campaigns.

- Treat the brand like your own - take brand ownership in your own hands and formulate strategies, style guides and communication models.

- Traction tracking - effectively using social listening/digital analysis tools to track Falcon's promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Travel - to travel cross-country to Falcon's offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Mumbai from time to time.

Who should apply?

You should apply if you meet the following criteria:

- 6+ years of experience - with atleast 2 years of experience in marketing communication, brand building, thought-piece writing, and event coordination for tech companies (preferably within the fintech sector).

- Previous experience in the tech industry as a product manager or any other designation / role that required an adept understanding of product management and development.

- Experience in identifying, planning, and executing successful short & long-term marketing strategies and campaigns that best suit the objectives of an emerging brand (preferably B2B).

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impact and achieve objectives.

- Attuned to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and can seamlessly juggle multiple priorities at the same time
