About Our Client

Our client is a D2C wing of a legacy brand, with exponential market growth. They are headquartered in Bangalore and are on the list of India's fastest-growing D2C brands.

Job Description

Driving GTM Strategies for the portfolio brands.
Converting marketing spent to ROI-generating business. Along with driving customer acquisition, product positioning, growth and revenue management.
Campaign Analysis and Optimization : Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels like Programmatic media, Affiliates, Bing, etc Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, targeting, and audience segmentation based on data insights Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI Monitor test results and recommend improvements based on data outcomes. Set up Conversion Tracking and Goal Measurement Data Management and Reporting : Collect, organise, and analyse campaign data to provide clear and actionable insights Ability to manage, analyse and present data to the business team for trends and business growth Develop regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to management and other team members Use analytics tools and platforms to track campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs ) Managing Budgets: Managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different campaigns and channels. Monitor budget spend and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to optimize performance Competition Monitoring: Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark campaign performance and identify areas of improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and campaign performance management.

The Successful Applicant

Being number-driven - conversion numbers and using commercial measures to refine the business model. 6+ years of work experience in scaling up E-commerce, marketplaces or D2C. Preferably from the Apparel/ Beauty/Accessories segment. Candidatures from Tier 1/2 MBA colleges are preferred. Experience in Google Adwords (search, Shopping, Perf Max & YT) and Meta marketing.
