Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience, preferably in a relevant role, such as Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and/or Business Operations
- Experience building relationships and working with sales management and executives
- Significant/advanced experience with Salesforce, Outreach
- Advanced analysis skills: expertise working with large and unstructured data sets and building complex models. Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools is a requirement
- Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
- Self-starter and have a track record of navigating ambiguity and producing concrete results
Responsibilities:
- Build an understanding of the sales funnel, identify relevant metrics to track the health of the business, build dashboards to analyze and present key insights to stakeholders at different levels in the company.
- Manage our Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption
- Monitor and enhance end-to-end operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity with the Sales & Success team
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze progress, and implement corrective actions
- Work with leadership to design & implement workflows and processes for GTM teams
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards.
- Manage the internal stakeholder-facing documents, templates, collaterals
- Support Sales team with day-to-day deal desk processes
- Drive the execution and optimization of sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Good meetings, etc.) to improve team productivity
- Overall, play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.
