The Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales team by providing data-driven insights, operational support, and process optimization. The role involves analysing sales data, managing CRM systems, and ensuring the efficiency of sales processes.Based in our Bangalore office and reporting to a Sales Operations Team Lead, this role involves analyzing and optimizing sales processes, as well as managing the licensing and order management process to support our sales team.
The ideal applicant will be able to work independently and efficiently prioritize duties.This is an incredible chance for someone looking for a tough role in the software sector that will give them insight into an operational environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily creation and approvals of quote and order management; general day-to-day data entry
Well-versed with order to cash cycle, data management, and data hygiene.
Be efficient in completing team tasks and individual goals or targets and coordinate with team members to complete team goals.
Guarantee that software licensing aligns with contractual entitlements to ensure revenue integrity and complianceMaintain and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders across all organizational levels, leveraging strong communication skills to gather, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements
Support in recommendations for the team to perform better and contribute to process improvements.
Support special projects and initiatives related to sales operations as assigned by management.
Provide training and support to other team members on tools and processes.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Any Graduate in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work according to business requirements across various time zones US/EMEA/APAC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
Advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of reports, management tools, trends, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement.
