Director of Sales Series C SaaS Startup (Bengaluru).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the inside sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure the CRM system accurately reflects sales activities and forecasts.
  • Implement best practices in sales processes and operations to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive customer success and retention by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in inside sales for a SaaS platform.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing highperforming sales teams.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers and team members at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
