Jr. Customer Service Executive
Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day customer service operations
Purpose - Broad objective of the role
JOB Description:
1) SDH,WDM,DWDM,OTN basic and hands-on experience.
2) Good communication skills.
3) Basic knowledge of Telecom and Networking.
4) Hands-on experience on ECI, Alcatel, Tejas, NOKIA (L1 L2 basics).
5) Candidate should be ready to work in rotational shift operations.
6) Should have experience in customer service operations and incident management.
Size and Scope of Role - Total team size-07
Minimum qualification & experience - Graduate
Graduate with 0-4 years of experience
Other knowledge/skills
1) SDH,WDM,DWDM,OTN basic and hands-on experience.
