Associate Director - Modern Trade Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic partnerships to attain overall revenue and profit objectives, delivering shareholder value.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with offline retail partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in offline channels.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures when necessary to meet sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the company, cultivating new customer relationships and expanding channels to market, while managing existing customer and channel partner relationships.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Lead and oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring effective promotion and sales of the company's products offline.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Possess industry experience in Beauty and Personal Care.
