Content & Customer Marketing Specialist (B2B Saas Startup)


A fast-growing B2B SaaS based startup is looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead their Content & Customer Marketing initiatives.


  • The role involves creating thought leadership content, like white papers, addressing pain points and showcasing company's products meet their needs, contributing to SEO through blogs, conducting competitive analyses, collaborating on GTM and demand generation campaigns, and executing customer marketing efforts like case studies for enhanced engagement and loyalty.
Please Note - Candidates with prior experience in B2B SaaS will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling content (white papers, eBooks) focusing on thought leadership and addressing pain points
  • Contribute to SEO efforts through the creation of blogs and PoVstyle content.
  • Analyse competitors, fill content gaps, and strengthen Disprz's value proposition in target markets
  • Contribute to GTM/demand generation campaigns through email, paid digital, and events marketing.
  • Execute customer marketing campaigns, including case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programs, to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

To fit the bill, you must have:

  • MBA in marketing preferred
  • 3 + years in Content/Customer Marketing with Tech Startup.
  • Expertise in GTM/demand gen via email, digital, events.
  • Exposureto SEO with blogs and content.
  • Strong Communication and Project management skills.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
