Park+ - Corporate Sales Manager (2-6 yrs)

The role is the Area Sales Manager for Corporate Solutions.
As part of the Corporate Solutions team, the selected candidate will play a crucial part in building, managing, and driving relationships with corporate customers (existing and potential) in a defined geography.
The role encompasses new business development, inside sales, account management, solutions' sales, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This role 's responsibilities includeEstablish Sales Network:
- Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities/ Zones) in the region to drive the business targets of the region
- Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) in your city/region to enable growth and revenue objectives
- Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive corporate acquisition creating revenue generating partners
Operational Efficiencies:
- Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Achievement of sales within Commercial Complex, Corporate & Partners
- Monitoring performance through input KPIs on daily basis
- Coordinate for site installations between customer and Park+ crossfunctional teams
Customer Focus:
- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/ build the right product
- Develop a deep and longstanding relationship with KDMs within customer portfolio to maximise lifecycle value
- Build a pipeline for upsell and crosssell to existing accounts
What we're looking for:
- Preferred 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate sales
- A flare for problemsolving with strong organizational skills
- Proven track record of owning responsibility and scaling up teams
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and drive sales strategy for the team
- Start up experience is a plus
