We are looking for a high-impact leader to join our Sales Strategy & Excellence team as Zonal Head – Secondary Sales (South). This role is pivotal in accelerating secondary sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening retail execution across the southern region. The ideal candidate brings sharp execution rigor, strong distributor management experience, and a customer-first approach to driving sustainable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive secondary sales growth and improve market share across the assigned South zone.
  • Lead execution of retail footprint expansion and strengthen on-ground availability & visibility.
  • Build and manage strong distributor & channel partner relationships, ensuring productivity and compliance.
  • Deliver actionable market intelligence including competitor tracking, pricing insights, and opportunity identification.
  • Ensure structured reporting, performance dashboards, and review mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Improve field force productivity through effective planning, capability development, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align trade, supply, marketing, and sales priorities for zone success.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development.
  • Industry exposure in Manufacturing, Automotive, Power Solutions, or FMCD sectors preferred.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, structured execution, and problem-solving.
  • Training/certification in sales management, negotiation, or channel excellence is a plus.

  • Ability to scale distributor performance and retail coverage systematically.
