That’s why we say we curate a Culture of Possibilities — where every role is a gateway to transformation, innovation, and growth.To join this growth journey we invite application for Cluster P&L Lead based at DelhiKey Responsibilities of the role:Own end-to-end Profit & Loss responsibility for the assigned cluster.Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets.Drive top-line growth through expansion of product portfolio, customer base, and market share.Monitor key financial metrics—sales, gross margin, operating costs, and EBITDA.Optimize working capital by managing inventory turnover and credit collections.Identify opportunities to improve margins through cost optimizationMaintain high standards of ethical business conduct and compliance with internal policies.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.Collaborate closely with corporate leadership, finance, procurement, sales and operations teams.
