To plan actions and roll out initiatives for delivering Net Adds for the circle keeping in view the Gross adds & churn angle.Responsibilities-Drive customer acquisition in Broadband businesses ensuring base growthDrive quality of acquisition of new customers, managing base and scaring revenueDrive Lead management at the circle level with close coordination with the concerned stakeholdersLead the design of and execution of “go to market” strategy for the entire product portfolioDrive the extraction & utilization of the broadband assets through innovative approachDrive and direct the implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectivenessCompetition tracking and pricingDrive One airtel plan for Broadband channelQualifications-Educational Qualification: MBA from reputed institutesWork Experience: Experience of 3-7 years as marketing analyst or channel salesRequired Skills-Strong analytical & quantitative skillsStrong Excel skillsStrong presentation skillsTeamwork and collaborationStrong in executionVision of benefit of the unit as a whole
