To plan actions and roll out initiatives for delivering Net Adds for the circle keeping in view the Gross adds & churn angle.Responsibilities-- Drive customer acquisition in Broadband businesses ensuring base growth- Drive quality of acquisition of new customers, managing base and scaring revenue- Drive Lead management at the circle level with close coordination with the concerned stakeholders- Lead the design of and execution of “go to market” strategy for the entire product portfolio- Drive the extraction & utilization of the broadband assets through innovative approach- Drive and direct the implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectiveness- Competition tracking and pricing- Drive One airtel plan for Broadband channelQualifications-- Educational Qualification: MBA from reputed institutes- Work Experience: Experience of 3-7 years as marketing analyst or channel salesRequired Skills-- Strong analytical & quantitative skills- Strong Excel skills- Strong presentation skills- Teamwork and collaboration- Strong in execution- Vision of benefit of the unit as a whole
