Role Overview: As a dynamic and results-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead, you will be responsible for the successful launch, expansion, and optimization of products and services. Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams, you will develop impactful go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and feature releases - Identify target markets, customer segments, pricing strategies, positioning, and competitive differentiators - Drive alignment on GTM plans, timelines, and execution priorities across functions - Equip sales team with effective positioning, messaging, and training materials - Lead product release planning, customer rollout strategies, and feedback mechanisms - Measure GTM performance metrics such as adoption, revenue, and churn - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform GTM strategies - Identify opportunities for product-market fit expansion or repositioning Qualifications Required: years of experience in GTM strategy and marketing - Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving business outcomes - Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, SQL, and other statistical tools - Ability to demonstrate sound business judgment - MBA in Marketing preferred Company Details: Joining the team means being part of a mission to bring millions of Indians into the mainstream economy.
