With a current team of 25, we're expanding rapidly and looking to add dynamic individuals to help us take our organization to the next level.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle clients with professionalism.What You’ll be doing: Manage and lead the internal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Oversee and lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Handle client communication and ensure a smooth operations process. Coordinate across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.Training and aligning the team to their own campaigns and targetsMonitor performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.Prepare reports, track progress, and share updates with management and clients.What We are looking for:Proven 3+ years of experience in managerial role and overall 7+ years of experience in operations.
