The company continues to innovate and inspire with its creative concrete design solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant located in Nashik. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, processing payroll, budgeting, and providing financial guidance to support business decisions. The Sr. Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient and effective financial operations. Qualifications A candidate should possess the following skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsRelevant experience in a similar role is preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
