Experience: 15 to 20 years

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead overall Plant Quality Control and Testing
  • Drive and Maintain Certifications – ABYC / ISO10592 / ISO9001
  • Manage Quality Manuals and Documentation
  • Monitor Supplier Quality, Performance, and Lead Supplier Development
  • Ensure Quality for New Product Development and Launch
  • Handle Customer Complaints, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, and Implement Corrective Actions
  • Drive Process Improvements and Enhance Process Capability
  • Ensure All Quality Documentation and Audit Compliance

Technical Competencies

  • Six Sigma Certification and Implementation Experience
  • Strong Strategic Leadership Abilities
  • PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plans / PPAP / Work Instructions Expertise
  • Proficiency in Minitab, SPC, R&R Studies, Pareto Analysis

Behavioral Competencies

  • Advanced Decision Making, Flexibility, and Team Collaboration
  • Strong Knowledge of Machining / GDC / Powder Coating Processes
  • Expertise in Quality Tools and Measuring Instruments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Customer Complaint and NC Analysis Capability
  • Knowledge of Advanced Quality Measuring Systems
