Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Sr. Manager of Engineering – AI/ML to lead and scale our artificial intelligence initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven experience in driving AI-led digital transformation. As a strategic leader, the Director will define the AI vision, build high-performing global teams, and deliver large-scale solutions in computer vision, NLP, agentic AI, and generative AI that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the enterprise-wide AI/ML strategy and innovation roadmap. 2. Lead multiple global teams of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

  2. Oversee the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI platforms and products across domains like computer vision, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.

  3. Champion the development of agentic AI systems that enable adaptive, autonomous, and intelligent decision- making.

  4. Establish organizational best practices in MLOps, governance, ethics, and responsible AI adoption.

  5. Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

  6. Build and manage strategic partnerships with cloud providers, research institutes, and AI technology vendors.

  7. Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and enterprise readiness of AI solutions deployed across global business units.

  8. Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and research communities, contributing to thought leadership.

  9. Mentor senior leaders and managers, building the next generation of AI/ML leadership talent.

Required Skills & Expertise:

 AI/ML Leadership – 10+ years of experience in technology, with deep expertise in AI/ML strategy, architecture, and enterprise transformation.

 Technical Mastery – Extensive background in deep learning, computer vision, NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, and generative AI.

 Enterprise AI Platforms – Proven track record of architecting and deploying large-scale AI platforms with measurable ROI.

 MLOps & Governance – Expertise in scaling AI in production with best practices around cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, compliance, and security.

 Business Acumen – Ability to translate complex AI technologies into strategic business opportunities.

 Executive Leadership – Experience in influencing C-level stakeholders and shaping organizational direction through AI.

 Program Management – Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar AI programs across geographies.

 Visionary Mindset – Thought leader with a track record of adopting emerging technologies and driving innovation.

Preferred Skills :

 Recognition as an industry leader with publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML.

 Deep understanding of RAG architectures, reinforcement learning, edge AI, and hybrid distributed systems.

 Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) and scaling AI adoption across global enterprises.

 Active involvement in AI ethics, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
