Key responsibilities

  • Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further.
  • Creating outcome-driven engagement plan with partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships.
  • Be the single point of contact for our Key partners and Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.
  • Take complete ownership of Lender/Partner product streams, create Roadmap and maintain backlogs.
  • You will extensively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure smooth day to day operating relationships for the partners and Finnable
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution


Required Skills

  • Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions and organizational groups with high stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Understanding of the fintech landscape along with good deal-making/negotiation skills
  • An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment
  • Proactive and self-motivated to deliver excellence independently
  • Must be willing to work in a high growth and fluid work environment
  • Strong passion for Fintech and latest advancements in the financial services space
  • Candidates with product management experience with agile methodologies are preferred


Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in Product management / strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech industry
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA degree
