The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Marketer/Growth Lead to own our brand voice, storytelling, and growth engine. This is not a “9-to-5 marketing role” — it’s an opportunity to build a cultural movement and a product category from the ground up. You will:

  • Build brand identity, storytelling, and campaigns that resonate with women.
  • Craft and execute organic + paid growth strategies (social media, community, partnerships, influencers, performance marketing).
  • Turn Ease into a trusted voice in women’s health — via content, community, and education.
  • Work directly with the founder to shape positioning, user acquisition, and engagement.
  • Build scalable growth funnels and measure performance with data-driven insights.


Who You Are

  • 2–6 years experience in digital marketing, brand building, or growth roles (startups, D2C, or consumer-focused tech preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Social media growth (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, community building), Performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, growth funnels), Content & storytelling (blogs, reels, campaigns, newsletters), Analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Hubspot, or similar)
  • Ideally has worked in or built early-stage startup brands → knows how to grow with limited resources.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: scrappy, resilient, thrives in uncertainty.
  • Bonus: experience in healthtech, wellness, femtech, or consumer lifestyle brands.
