Key Responsibilities:-

Marketing Strategy & Brand Building

● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness and drives customer acquisition.

● Strengthen Special You's brand identity across all touchpoints — website, social media, and campaigns.

● Create and maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand tone that aligns with our creative positioning.

● Identify and manage brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and event sponsorships

. Digital Marketing & Growth

● Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns to increase website traffic and generate leads.

● Develop and manage social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, and YouTube.

● Analyze trends and audience insights to maximize reach and engagement.

● Ensure strong online visibility through local SEO, listings, and digital PR initiatives.

Content & Creative Oversight

● Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging visual content showcasing DIY products, decoration ideas, and client setups.

● Develop content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling concepts to highlight brand creativity.

● Coordinate photo shoots, video content, and collaborations with designers and influencers.

● Supervise copywriting and content marketing to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Lead Generation & Performance

● Build and manage lead generation funnels across digital channels.

● Track and improve metrics such as website visits, inquiries, conversions, and ROI.

● Collaborate with the sales and service teams to align marketing with customer engagement.

● Implement performance tracking tools and marketing automation for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

. ● 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or growth marketing, preferably in lifestyle, event, or creative industries.

● Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital analytics tools.

● Hands-on experience with social media content planning, influencer marketing, and creative campaign management.

● Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

● Strong creative sensibility with a good eye for design, visuals, and aesthetics.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
