About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Outreach & Operations Intern to join our team and assist in executing day-to-day agency operations. This role involves running hyper-personalized outbound campaigns for recently funded AI and SaaS startups.
This position combines outbound marketing, automation, and operational execution. Interns will learn how to identify qualified leads, create personalized campaigns, manage client operations, and utilize automation tools to optimize agency workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Run personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and niche online communities (Slack, Reddit, Quora, etc.)
Research and segment B2B and SaaS leads, especially recently funded startups in tech and AI
Write short, human, and personalized outreach messages that get replies
Cold call and follow up with potential leads to qualify interest and book meetings with local businesses
Support daily agency operations — manage outreach trackers, campaign timelines, and client deliverables
Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, Notion, Zapier, and other AI tools to streamline lead generation (no code/low code automations). Building n8n workflows is a plus.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, ad campaigns, and client growth strategies
Explore new channels, communities, and growth loops to improve outreach performance and conversion rates

- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or Sales Navigator.
- Experience with scraping, data enrichment, or workflow automation.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
- Prior exposure to outbound or marketing execution roles.
Internship Details
Duration:
4 months (extendable to 6–12 months)
Stipend:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (+1 hour break);
10-7 PM IST
Mode:
Hybrid (must be available to join immediately)
Location:
Punjabi Bagh/Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
