Regional Non-IT Recruitment Lead South

CLIENT: Leading premium entertainment provider with multiple locations covering all 5 states of South Zone.
Key Drivers:
- Lead & Manage full life cycle of the hiring process, including interview and offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing positions across multiple metro/semi-metro and Tier 1 locations in South Zone.
- Use psychometric tools for improving the quality of hire.
- Create recruitment strategies executing tactical sourcing techniques and hiring campaigns for Employer Branding across various platforms -Naukri, LinkedIn,Social Media platforms,Job Fairs etc.
- Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals to feed talent pipelines for open positions across multiple functions.
- Use campus hiring from hospitality institutes including bulk hiring.
- Create recruitment dashboards periodically for monitoring open position,cost of hiring etc at various locations
- Stakeholder and Cross-function management
Incumbent Profile:
- Experienced Recruitment Manager with high voltage hiring capability of leading multi-location hiring including niche and bulk hiring.
- Capability to relate with Operations,Sales and Management.
- Hospitality/QSR exposure is preferred.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15-18LPA
