Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – Fretron

Fretron, India’s leading cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS), is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage IT & non-IT hiring, including campus recruitment, and support HR operations. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing workforce while staying updated on market trends and AI innovations to strengthen our talent strategy.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Execute campus and professional hiring strategies across IT & non-IT roles.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on AI and industry trends to inform hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, talent pools, and candidate communications.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT & non-IT) and campus hiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA (HR & Marketing) preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
  • Awareness of AI trends and their impact on workforce planning.
