The ideal candidate will excel in leading sales teams, developing strategies, and ensuring successful execution of corporate and inside sales initiatives.Experience Required: 8+ Years Primary Job Responsibilities:Corporate Sales: Lead and manage corporate sales activities, targeting life sciences organizations to promote and sell software solutionsCorporate Inside Sales: Oversee inside sales operations, ensuring effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversionDevelop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the software solutions providedDevise Sales Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales communication strategies to engage potential clients and convey the value of the software solutionsSales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goalsMarket Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitorsSales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clientsContract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the clientCollaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activitiesReporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvementRequirements: Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, life sciences, or a related disciplineExperience: Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the life sciences or software industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsSkills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
