About the Role
We’re seeking a Key Account Manager – Solutioning to partner with enterprise clients and design tailored SaaS-based solutions aligned with their business goals. This role blends consultative sales, pre-sales solutioning, and account growth responsibilities.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft solutions that address client challenges, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client objectives and translate them into scalable SaaS-based solutions.
- Partner with Sales to develop proposals, demos, and solution blueprints during enterprise deal cycles.
- Engage with senior business and functional stakeholders to define success metrics and implementation plans.
- Work closely with internal technical and product teams to align on solution architecture and delivery feasibility.
- Support the account team in upselling and cross-selling initiatives through strategic solution presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring the proposed solution drives measurable business impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Enterprise Account Management, or Pre-Sales in SaaS / Tech products.
- Strong business acumen and consultative communication skills.
- Ability to conduct discovery discussions and identify client pain points.
- Experience in preparing solution decks, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and technical teams.
