Job Description – AGM / GM – Key Account Management (KAM)

Role Overview:

The AGM/GM–KAM will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with airlines, clients, and vendor partners. This role focuses purely on relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with airlines, clients, and vendors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder interactions and ensure smooth coordination.

Get work done effectively through strong relationship-building and communication, without involvement in contracting.

Manage escalations, follow-ups, and daily coordination with airlines to ensure operational support.

Strengthen airline partnerships to improve alignment, responsiveness, and execution efficiency.

Ensure high standards of communication, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client and airline requirements are fulfilled on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in aviation, travel, or related industries.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant industry background.

8–15+ years of experience depending on the level (AGM/GM).

Existing working relationships with airline teams will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹2,800,000.00 per year
