We are proud of our Central Laboratory, which is fully integrated with LIMS and holds NABL accreditation.Role Overview The ideal candidate to lead and oversee ICBio CRO' business development operations for India, LATAM, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.Roles and Responsibilities:Regional Business Development & Team Management: Lead, guide, and mentor team of two people, handling business development activities for India, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. candidate with Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in CRO, BA/ BE studies,Develop and implement a strategy for expanding presence in Healthy Volunteer Bioequivalence Studies, Patient Trials (PK/PD), and Phase-1 Studies for both small and large molecules.Provide regular guidance and support to direct team in managing their business pipeline and achieving business development targets.Client Relationship Management & Business Growth: Manage and nurture existing client relationships across the assigned territories to ensure continued business growth.Proactively generate new business from existing clients and develop strong relationships with new prospects.Represent key national and international events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and engage potential clients.Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: Identify and explore new areas of market expansion by conducting market research, utilizing open-source information, and developing business cases for new opportunities.Requirements and skillsProven sales track recordExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareProficiency in EnglishMarket knowledge
