About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Lead and mentor the business development team (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
