Responsibilities :
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing lead generation team.
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (calls, emails, social).
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily/weekly targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards and actionable insights to leadership.
- Optimize lead qualification processes and improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align on targets and conversion goals.
Requirements :
- 3-4. years in sales/lead generation roles, with 1 years minimum in team management
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and pipeline creation
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking and reporting
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
