Managing the Founder’s calendar, travel plans, and daily schedule with precision.
Drafting and managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with utmost clarity.
Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors — maintaining professionalism at all times.
Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with structure and attention to detail.
Handling confidential information with complete discretion and trust.
Tracking key projects, monitoring timelines, and ensuring timely execution.
Supporting the Founder with both professional and personal tasks to enable focus on core priorities.
Graduate / Postgraduate with 3–8 years of experience in a similar high-responsibility role.
Exceptional communicator — fluent in written and spoken English.
Tech-savvy — proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure.
Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent.
Brings positivity, initiative, and a solution-driven attitude every single day.
Direct exposure to strategic decisions and business operations.
