About the Role

As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end bid management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compelling proposals that win major client deals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Collaborate with sales, CoE leaders, and SMEs to create tailored, winning proposals and presentations.
  • Drive bid project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentor junior team members on proposal writing and best practices.
  • Conduct win/loss reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories, proposal templates, and reusable content libraries.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence.


Qualifications


  • 7+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development in IT Services.
  • MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).

Required Skills


  • Strong understanding of IT solutions & pricing models (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Big Data, GenAI, RPA, Managed Services, Fixed Price, T&M, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value proposals ($2M+ deals).

Preferred Skills


  • MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).
