About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive lead generation and sales in the Mobile App and Web Development domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience dealing with international clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in mobile app and website development services.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and collaborate with the technical team for proposals.
  • Handle complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT service sales / mobile app / web development industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of international market trends (especially US, UK, Middle East).
  • Hands-on experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.
