Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative digital marketing agency in Noida. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and property developers to offer digital marketing solutions.
- Understand client business models and marketing needs to propose relevant digital services (e.g., UGC, SEO, social media campaigns, Google Ads, website design, CRM integrations).
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on revenue growth and client acquisition in the real estate vertical.
- Present tailored proposals, conduct product demos, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with internal digital marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and virtual conferences to grow the client base and promote the brand.
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, digital tools, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data, pipeline progress, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or real estate.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry needs and marketing pain points.
- Proven ability to close B2B deals and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, lead generation, email marketing, etc.).
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and proposal software.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
