Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Manager (Anodising) located in Mumbai. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business in the Anodizing and allied Light Metal Chemistries. Responsibilities are largely in the commercial and technical realm and include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve the Anodising segment and company goals. The Business Manager will primarily maintain client relationships, identify market opportunities, enable and supervise trials and follow through for orders. Qualifications Experience in Anodising and General Metal Finishing processesStrong understanding of Anodising production processes, quality control, and process optimization.Proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies in this sector.Ability to identify market opportunities and reach out to prospects for business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Chemical/Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with a Business Management would be ideal. Relevant experience in the field of Electroplating, Specialty Chemicals, or similar industry is mandatory. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
