Job Description
We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, an innovative and proactive personality, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly during the training period.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and seeking to build a career in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand customer support processes during the training period.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat professionally.
- Communicate effectively to resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance and service goals.
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Smart, confident, and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a structured training environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
